Actually I am being generous giving one star. Went in to purchase a new pair of tennis shoes. two sales women watched us walk in and go directly to the shoes. Never spoke a word, NEVER approached us to ask if we needed assistance. After waiting over 5 minutes with nothing we left the store!! Upon leaving I advised them they just lost a sure sale. Total blank looks and no attempt to address the situation. Obviously this proves the fallacy of paying a wage or salary only. No commission equals no incentive. No wonder there were absolutely no cars in the parking lot. Take your money elsewhere.

First time at a Hibbetts Sports store. That was the best customer service experience I've had out of everywhere I've been in a long time! Almost everyone in the entire store was helping me. They were friendly, knowledgeable about their products and locations, and self motivated. I'm in town visiting, but they told me there is a Hibbetts store where I'm from. At checkout I went ahead and signed up for rewards, because I knew I would be coming back. :) Thank you staff of Hibbetts Sports in Artesia, NM!

We usually love shopping in Artesia and try to stop into Hibbett every chance we get. This morning, I dropped in to buy some sweaters and jackets. My 3 year old son informed me that he needed to use their bathroom. I asked one lady and she looked at the other lady for a response. The other one quickly said no. I was floored because I understand some stores have policies against this. But my toddler aged son doesn't understand those kinds of things. I tried to explain we were not from this town and he's too little to "hold it". She became rather rude and claimed it was not working properly and she's not allowed. She was not apologetic at all and basically told me to get over it as I rushed out of the store. I'm super disappointed with a normally amazing shopping town!
