Very nice shop and very nice bridal consultant. She answered all of our questions offered her opinion without being condescending and it was an overall very nice experience. Would recommend.

I expected a lot more. Mother of the Bride, beware. Today I went in to look, was shown racks of dresses and was told don't worry about color or size as these can be ordered. So i picked 3 I liked, my first choice was almost $600! so it wasn't like i was bargain shopping. Only to be told that none of the dresses could be ordered. So they are selling off the rack at full price! One had stains on the collar, regardless of whether it was on sale, it was lack of organization. Don't lump those that are off the rack with those that can be ordered! To make matters worse, i called the manufacturer directly and gave them the style number only to be told that's an old style no longer made. So here they have outdated styles at full price! Just be careful and don't set your expectations too high!

This is the worst place for purchasing a wedding dress. Don’t buy from this place!!!!! The buttons on the back of my daughters dress came off even before her ceremony. We had to sew them on before the reception. The dress with missing buttons ruined many of her pictures. Jordan said they would do something for us but 1 year later I have yet to hear from this shop. Stay away from this place. The dress was more than $1000. They don’t stand behind their dresses and don’t care!

After reading the comments about how amazing joevals was.... let me tell you about my experience. My friend a week earlier tried on dresses and I (newly engaged) decided to make an appointment. As I proceeded to make the appointment with Kathy the store owner she asked me how many people would be coming. After naming 5 people she rudely interrupted me and said “no I’m gonna cut you off there”. She stated she couldn’t accommodate me and that 4 was my limit, yet I see one reviewer said she had 8 people. I told her I didn’t want any business with her store. Hope everyone else has a good experience

I had the BEST bridal experience at Joeval's working with Jordyn! Shopping is by appointment only which is great since it allows you to have the entire place to yourself and makes it feel even more special. I tried on several beautiful dresses but none of them felt right until Jordyn picked out a different style than I originally wanted and I LOVED IT. She was fantastic and made the experience so much fun! Definitely check this place out!!
