This place is terrible would not recommend this place to anyone. Rude staff and they have no idea what they are doing rushes us through the appointment . Also basically have no dresses that are on there website and don’t tell you they can’t order it until you say you like it and try and sell you the dress off the rack.

Joeval’s was so helpful throughout my entire dress shopping experience! They were patient and kind as I navigated through their selection. Even when I still wasn’t quite sure if I had found “the one” after narrowing it down to two, they were patient with helping me figure it out and welcomed me back each time saying they just wanted to make sure in the end I was happy with my choice! Michelle was so helpful with navigating me through how the dresses could be tailored to preference and after playing around with some veils and jewelry, I finally decided on the dress! Thank you all for your patience, kindness, and help! It really was a dream coming here and having the experience with family and having so many beautiful options.

I came in looking for a wedding dress, and I walked out with something I feel amazing in. I didn't have a clue what style or shape I was looking for, and the staff was able to help me find exactly what I was meant to find. If I have friends in the area, I will be sure to direct them to this store for any of their formalwear needs :).

Second visit to Joeval's to find a dress for a special occasion and found the perfect junior prom dress for my daughter. Sarah worked with us and she was just wonderful - so helpful and patient. Thank you for a pleasant a stress free experience. My daughter loves her gown.
