This particular Carters is great, but the overall company is a terror to deal with. Shipping is constantly moved. Everything I've ordered has delivered way past when I was told it'd be delivered. Way past when I needed it!
The worst experience I ever had with online orders.nMade order on April 24th.nOne week took them to send it and the delivery date were changed 3 times. Today’s May 5, on my order details it still says in transit.nhowever, I came home at around 10pm, and guess what, found my package on the stairs case outside of the building. I live in three story apartment complex, with probably 60 apartments in total. It just insane. I have no clue how can somebody put it outside where anyone could stole it and I would never knew the package was actually delivered so at least I would go downstairs to look for it. 0 out of 0 for the servicenI can tell Carter’s is going down, service and quality of the clothes got way worst.
Decent place to raid the sale rack. Otherwise overpriced for quality in general. This particular store is tidy and organized which I appreciate and the sales person was very pleasant.
Friendly customer service. Lots of cute clothing. Great sales. Clean bright store. Love that they have bigger kids sizes now.
Nice store. It seemed very clean and neat. Prices are usually pretty good and there is always a good sale on things.nnIf you join the rewards you get $10 off for every $100 you spend. Also can be used at OshKosh and one other store I don't recall.
