Always a pleasure to shop at this store!

Even though this is the closest store to me, I choose to shop at the one in my hometown of Hudson, OH instead. I have tried to like this store, but am sick of being ignored. No one even spoke to me at the friends and family event a couple months ago. I walked out with another woman who had the same experience. I’ll give the outlet here in ROC a chance. I have heard they give superior customer service.

The staff is always judgy everytime I go in there. No one attends or even acknowledges me, and there are only 1 or 2 other customers in the store. Maybe the one on Jefferson will be better in customer service.

Love this store, the shopping experience is quite pleasant, and the staff well trained and very helpful. Classic clothes, many varieties of styles and colors, all high quality and well tailored. The only thing that bothered me while shopping was the high volume of the music in the dressing room area
