I have been so thrilled to have discovered Evolution Pilates! Never having done Pilates prior to coming here, at first I was a bit intimidated to try it out even though I had been curious and intrigued about Pilates for awhile. From the moment I first walked into the studio to get general information, I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable and welcomed. It's a beautiful space that is immediately inviting. Everyone I have met here, both the instructors as well as the clientele, are all so friendly and helpful and enthusiastic. I have been working out here consistently twice a week for the past year and can't imagine life without it. I love the overall atmosphere and general good feelings of the people and the place. This is in no small part a reflection of the owner, Michelle Pritchard's, enthusiasm, expertise and holistic approach to health and wellness. I have gained so much confidence and strength and self-awareness from my work with Michelle. I felt physical results in my body as quickly as the first month of my work here and I always feel so good and energized after my workouts. I come to Evolution to feel good in my body and good in my spirit. I can't say enough good things about Michelle and Evolution. I feel very fortunate to have this amazing resource in my own backyard!

I’ve been a client of Evolution Pilates for about 10 years - that’s an endorsement obviously. I’ve recommended the studio to friends, people who I feel will appreciate the warm caring instructors and ambiance. It’s a mental health break that’s good for the body. Owner Michelle Pritchard has attracted excellent knowledgeable instructors, she’s grown a studio that’s an asset to our community. I can’t speak too highly of how much I appreciate the experience of being a client. How good it makes me feel when I get up in the morning and know it’s my Evolution Pilates day. How I always feel more upbeat after my session. As do others. Many smiling people!

I came into Evolution with back issues and a torn meniscus. I worked with Michelle Pritchard and felt incredible. She is patient, supportive, clear and beyond helpful. I highly recommend Evolution Pilates to anyone!!! I also love being greeted by the friendly desk staff!

I would not recommend Evolution Pilates to anyone. There are a few instructors there who know what they are doing and are wonderful. Unfortunately this is overshadowed by an owner who lacks professionalism, any skills in customer service and seems more concerned with her own agenda than actually helping her clients. Be careful if you have injuries as well because even though they say all of their instructors can help you, only a few actually can.
