We got a pepperoni pizza from here last week. It was very very good(i came and left a 5 star review) so we decided to get one today. We ordered a pizza with the Sicilian crust, artichokes, kalamata olives, ham, and pepperoni. And I guess the other reviews were right. The person on the phone was very gruff to my mom, repeating over and over that the pizza will take two hours. Yes, your site states the Sicilian crust takes longer. We know. He never told her the price, which turned out not to matter because they tried to give us an anchovy and sausage pizza. I'm not sure what happened to the pizza we ordered but it wasn't that one. So, we have a 5 star order and a 0 star one, averaging out to 2.5 rounded up to 3 stars. I'm not sure my family will want to try here again. If they were polite that would be one thing, but the guy on the phone wasn't and the woman my mom met in the pizzeria certainly wasn't. No pizza tonight. :/

Sad to say that my food was not good. I ordered eggplant parmesan. The breading fell off into the sauce and the eggplant was greasy and not cooked all the way. This was my first time at this Guida's. I have had delicious food multiple times at Guida's on Empire Boulevard. Bummed because I have a gift card to use, but it won't be at the Gates location.

We ordered a pizza that was completely demolished inside the box today. The delivery man knew he either dropped our pizza or it fell and still delivered it and excepted our tip which was totally disrespectful... He could have rectified the situation before he dropped off our pizza. I WILL NEVER ORDER A PIZZA FROM GUIDA’s pizza on elm grove every again!!! If I could give them a zero I would.

I ordered a dozen wings with their buffalo sauce and it is basically a bbq sauce . Then I called and Asked and he said it’s a barbecue-based sauce ...you shouldn’t call it buffalo sauce if it has a barbecue base ... terrible experience do not go here ....and they didn’t do anything to make it right . And to add insult to injury the pizza looks mediocre at best. The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn’t give them none
