My velar was had an accident, took it over, after they did it, I had a complain, talked with the manager about it, he didn't argue about it, got it resolved. The manager is a great man and very polite person, would recommend their services to anyone.

Wow these 5 star ratings must mostly be pre-COVID. I can't say anything about the actual work getting done because the receptionists triaged me right out the door. From my first sentence to my last, they wanted to argue about whether or not they'd do anything for me. It was under an hour before close so I specifically asked if I could get an Estimate to which they immediately said, it won't be fixed tonight. Imagine that for every single thing you say from someone who's supposed to be in service of the customer and acquiring business. This also happened when I tried to call ahead and the woman immediately had an attitude and refused to tell me anything besides come get an estimate. Okay, here I am ..oh you suggest I go to my dealership (30 minutes away in a malfunctioning vehicle) before I can even talk to an actual mechanic? Let me just let you get back to your day ma'am.
