These guys came out right away to tow my van to the repair shop. My van is full size. The driver of the tow truck backed my van through the parking lot and right into the bay. What a show off ! Both vehicles were a long wheel base and he backed it in a very tight spot with no problem at all. Very skilled driver. Appreciate the quick professional service !!!

Got stuck in an unplowed drive and needed a pull out. Ricci's came on time and pulled my out however they made a mistake and the end of the chain gouged the side of the car. Mistakes happen. What matters is how you deal with them and Ricci's dealt with it properly and promptly. They got it into their body shop and fixed it like brand new. They were friendly throughout the process and didn't give me any grief. It was an inconvenience to have my car away for a few days but they took responsibility and that's always worth 5 stars.
