Van Bortel Ford Service

This is our 3td Ford truck we have purchased from Van Bortel and Paul Bowers. Paul is great to work with, very efficient and knowledgeable and always very nice and accommodating. It was an easy process and they always have what we need.

Right from the start i was deceived on the price of the vehicle. Then they overcharged me for undercoating. 3 times more than anyone else. Everyone was very nice but kind of difficult to get a few issues taken care of. I would not reccomend them.

Always the best service on my cars. Quick, correct, informative, excellent every time.

Misdiagnosed several times. Issues still not resolved. Glad it is a lease and will turn in with unresolved issues
