Its okay decent service but traffic is terrible.

Nice to sit in a McDonald's again.

Ordered two items, I asked for no pickles in my burger, but it has pickles inside. Also I added 2 extra pieces chicken nuggets for my son’s happy meal, but the total nuggets he got is 5( it should be 6). Those are just little things, but 2 items with 2 mistakes, they not really care about customer’s order

I had pretty much given up on McDonald's as too many workers at the drive-thru of a few different locations weren't wearing gloves or uniforms when they handed me my food. They were nice enough but I should be able to tell if you're an actual employee on duty or just some random person who somehow got behind the counter. And wearing gloves while handling food & drink was mandatory long before the era of Covid-19. But I wanted a cup of McDonald's coffee, which I love, so I gave them another chance. I was pleased that the employees I interacted with were friendly, professional, and had appropriate attire including gloves for the one who handed me the coffee. These measures are extremely important & they really do make the difference in getting or losing sales. Good on them for being on-point.

Used drive-thru & it was quick. Noticed that some workers were not wearing face masks properly and were only around the mouth. Not sure why employees in the fast food restaurant have not been trained properly. I expect better from chain restaurants. I will not be visiting McDonald's again, since face masks are not worn properly.
