This place is amazing! They made the BEST MILKSHAKE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. GET THE MILKSHAKE IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER. The food is also top notch.

I love everything about Root31! I’m pregnant and always looking for healthy, clean eating options and you guys hit the nail on the head! I get lunch from you at least once a week and love the unique, flavorful sandwich combinations! Your food is always so fresh! Thank you for being awesome!

Great service, and portion sizes are generous. Had the personal Ruban pizza, and it was really good, and took half home. I would recommend if you're in the area.

I really enjoyed the staff and atmosphere at the Pittsford location. The food was great. My wife and I will definitely be going back.

Big fan of Root 31. I always get a smoothie and in this particular visit, the cashier made mine before my eyes and I could see she didn’t use ice. It wasn’t cold, no biggie, but I get anxiety when it comes to “wrong” orders... because I don’t want to offend them, or be seen as impolite! I warily walked up to the counter again but the girl was in the back. I believe it was actually the manager that greeted me and saw my smoothie and asked if it was okay. That instantly broke the ice and made me feel better about asking them to re-make it! He was more than happy to fix it and told me to never be worried again lol, wish I took a picture but didn’t even think to. Anyways, along with the smoothie I also ordered a Margherita pizza that blew me away! Very light, yet filling if that makes sense. Never had a bad visit here and have been coming for years!
