Horrible customer service. Will never give them another dime again.nnThey implemented a 5 person limit in the store but you can't see well into the store to know how many people are in there. Today my group of 3 walks into the store which unbeknownst to us made 6 people in the store. Before we could even react, another customer starts verbally assaulting us about going over their limit of 5 people while the staff just stood there watching. We just turned around and left. We are not going to be treated that way by a stranger in a store and the fact that the staff allowed it is purely unacceptable. I will never consider going there again even after they lift their customer limit. You lost a loyal customer today.

One of the best and cleanest coffee shops in rochester. Always has a nice selection of local art! The baristas are extremely kind! Pastries change alot but they always taste wonderful!

I love all the different flavors that Fingerlakes offers! Especially the holiday flavors like Nutcracker Sweet and White Cheistmas!!! So good!

Love this coffee. It's fresh. Staff is pleasant. Prices are competitive.

Needed 1 more click on my green card for a free coffee & the girl said I couldn't use that card had to use a yellow card. Been coming there for yrs didnt even know about that,now have to start from square 1 again. Frustrating,but good ☕ coffee
