So disgusted with this pharmacy. I had a script for eye drops, brought it to the pharmacy to ensure it was available, I was told yes. Come to find out they could not fill the script because it was a compound solution. Asked where I could have it filled, the pharmacist gave me a couple of places, but they could not do it either. I had to go to Buffalo to have it filled. Thanks for nothing! At least I got excellent service and professional personnel to assist me.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The pharmacy techs are rude and uneducated. They would rather argue how wrong the customer is when they were wrong in the 1st place. Then had to wait for the pharmacist to call another pharmacy that would have literally took 2 minutes. Instead I waited for 40 minutes and was the only customer in the store. Maybe they should hire techs that care rather than someone that can’t even do basic math. Good riddance won’t be back.

Wonderful store, staff not so much. Handful of employees wearing masks around their chins, overheard a pharmacy technician speak rudely to a customer. Put my stuff down, and walked out.

Terrible pharmacy. Had to wait 5 hours for a prescription and was never notified it was ready. I've picked up prescriptions there with the wrong quantity/amount (twice) and the wrong amount of refills. Just now had to wait at the drive through while they were cleaning up their office (counting drawer/taking out garbage) before they would wait on me -- ridiculous. Going to try Wegmans pharmacy even though their hours are less convenient.

Great place with friendly staff that go out of their way to help you. Never had a problem . Per the COVID testing review, it is a separate entity from the store. Walgreens staff and Pharmacy have zero control over it.
