Uniform Express

Woke up to a very unprofessional phone call from Brian yesterday explaining that the company I work for no longer has a partnership with them for the purchase of boots. Mind you this was weeks ago that I had gotten the boots... why didn’t they say something when I went to leave with them? I did not realize this but it wasn’t a big ordeal. I was more than willing to pay for them however the tone of the phone call was very passive/aggressive. From Brian talking over me and stating “He wasn’t going to wait 45 days for the boots to be paid for” and then demanding my debit card info... Just not a professional way to handle a situation like that. I’m thankful my employer will cover the cost, but I’ll be sure to do my business elsewhere from now on. As a Marine Corps Veteran I’ll also be sure to have my brothers in arms, who shop there, look for an alternative. Very disappointing and I wish you the best in finding friendlier customer service.

It’s becoming more uncommon for a business to excel equally in quality and customer service. Uniform express is not common as they exceeded my expectations in both areas. Great people - great service.

Made to order with screen printing and embroidery. Turn around time is good. Majority of their work seems to be public safety and sports. Either way they do good work.
