Mavis Discount Tire

I called early on a Saturday with a broken valve stem. The customer service was very friendly and courteous. My repair was done quickly and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place!!!

I decided to stop by Mavis without an appointment because my tire censor light would not go off even after adding air and my exhaust was extremely loud and I wasn't sure why. The shop was very busy on this day but the manager of the location still took the time to get me in there to help. The tech that was assisting me was Vinny and not only did he take the time to explain everything to me, he also took the time to show me (seeing I am a woman that knows nothing about cars). The parts weren't going to be available for a week and I would have to come back up there- but it didn't bother me because THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT VINNY GAVE ME WAS THE BEST THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I came up the following weekend and Vinny changed my whole exhaust system in record time and even the price was costly. Me coming from a Human Resource background I was really impressed with Vinny and now I want to work along-side him as a volunteer there just to learn about cars because of him lol. Mavis- this employee is a keeper and I will be coming to him for all my car needs moving forward. Vinny not only made me feel valued as a customer but he made me feel like family. I hope that all of you guys enjoyed the sheet pizza!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Vinny :) Give this kid a raise- he deserves it!!!

Brought my car in yesterday very last minute for new tires and Joey immediately got me in and Mario made sure my tires were mounted and balanced properly. Everyone was amazing.
