I BOUGHT MY FIRST CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND THE CAR HAS HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. THEY CLEARED THE ENGINE LIGHT INSTEAD OF FIXING , I TRY REACH OUT TO THEM BUT NONE OF THEM RESPOND VERY BAD BUSINESS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO GET YOUR VEHICLE FROM ROCHESTER AUTO LOFT!
Would not recommend for any services! They have very poor customer service and response time, they also don't keep up with what's going on when things are going wrong.nnThey won't refund you your money back and they're very good at clearing off the lights on the dashboard.
Bought my car from them a couple months ago and the experience was wonderful. i had basically no credit and they got me approved and in my car in a week. they understand the customers needs and do the best they can to get you in the car you want. i will be going back for any of my car needs and recommend to all!
