I've shopped with them for years mainly because I buy salvage vehicles and they have the bulk of the market. Buyer Fees are ridiculously higher than other local auctions. Nonetheless you can still find bargains if you shop smart...

The number listed on here does not belonge to iaa its pedal buyer services then they say you have the wrong number give you iaa number in Illinois then Illinois transfers you to Rochester all that takes about an hour of my day unreal unprofessional unbelievable for the amount of fees you charge you should be able to afford a better service iam very disappointed I hear that from alot of my dealer friends fix this problem soon. Thanks my blood sugar raised thru the roof over this you've ruined my day.
