Cold greasy fries and cold burger. Naturally ordered at drive thru and couldn't head back

Waited over 20 minutes for a frappe. Still didn't come and I had an appointment and had to leave

Where to start. The line was long. They only had one windown open. I waited about 15 mins in line. My order when I got home was wrong. The fries were cold. Some tasted like they didn't get cooked all the way. I asked for a spicy deluxe crispy chicken sandwich. I wanted the meal large. I got 1 large ice tea, 1 medium ice tea, medium fry, deluxe chicken sandwich not spicy. This not the first time with issues at this McDonald's. When I told the guy I didn't order the medium he said yes you did. The wait and orders being messed up is becoming more and more. They need to do some more training.

Absolutely terrible... ordered sausage burritos at 6:30 in the morning that were made at 4:30. The burritos were hard and the egg and cheese were as well. Also didn't get the hot sauce I asked for. This location has also recently gotten much to busy to be called fast food at times. Why would you serve food to people you wouldn't eat yourself?

Need to figure out how to move lines quicker. And have them wait upfront so employees can bring it to them
