They are very slow and the staff that rings up needs to change gloves when prepping food

This visit was horrible my fries were only half full, they forgot my cookies, my double- cheeseburger was halfway out of wrapper and a mess. And thry weren't even busy! Usually I am happy when come here as long as don't have multiple orders in one car.

Worst service ever. 30 minutes from time I ordered until I got my food. No apology, no explanation. Girl taking orders spoke so softly I had no clue what she was saying, or if she ever said anything. Completely rude and unprofessional by all staff. They were busy and yet two employees felt it an appropriate time for a smoke break.
