Tim Hortons

So we get coffee here every day. Today we got coffee 3 times in the am due to short staffing and long hours. Usually good coffee and I love my Timmy's but today all 3 were horrible Starbucks would have it ranked them today and I would never get their coffee

This is the worst Tim Hortons ever. I stopped going there PERMANENTLY. I frequently receive poor quality chips, incorrect orders, and rude service. I am a customer service oriented employee for over 20 years so I am clear on what good service should feel like. On my last and FINAL visit, I received an incorrect order. A different customer walks in from drive through. Apparently they received my order. This during Covid-19. The manager the hands me the order instead making a new sandwich. Think about this.

This is supposed to be French Vanilla. It's extremely bitter and I even asked the girl when she gave it to me if it was French Vanilla and she said yes. I told her it's usually not that dark. Not sure what the issue is with their machine but not happy about paying $10 for two ice capps for them to end up tasting terrible and just being thrown in the trash. Done with this location. Never have an issue with the one closer to home. Always a problem everytime I come here.

The service was excellent.The server was very polite and friendly.Will be back for sure

Biscuits were burnt and dry falling apart. This is the third time. Very unhappy. Apple fritter was good.
