Hi all,nnWords cannot express how much I love this tournament, bowlers, co workers and job!! I've been involved since day one, on and off, one way or another, fulltime or parttime. The Lilac has basically raised me!!!nI've seen bowlers and workers come, go and come back. I can wait till the last ball is thrown at the end of a long day!nnI mean just look at how many years of experience work in both the Team and Doubles and Singles offices! Isn't it nice to see the same faces each year? I love seeing the same bowlers each year!nnMy parents, the Formicola's, and the Fourniers started this tournament over 50 yrs ago. When the two parted ways, a new partnership began with the LeCesse's, there's also a silent partner as well, sadly when Ray Sr. passed away, his position was granted to JR. Whether he wanted it or not :) love you JR!!!nnOver the years, I've made so many friendships, with bowlers and co-workers. Okay, I've ticked a few people off as well.nnUnfortunately, I'm the only founding family member still involved with the LCT. Which saddens me when I think about all the great memories over the years, happy, sad and funny. I love this job but all good things come to and end. I don't see myself not working this tournament but it gets harder each year. It's in my blood, I bleed Lilac, the 10 months that there is no bowling, flys by, for me anyways. Probably not for Bonnie, she's the backbone who keeps things running smoothly and making us all look really good :) Then when the tournament is running, time flys even faster!!nnI would like to thank all the bowlers that participate, without you there would be no tournament!!! I would like to praise my co-workers at the team office along with all my co-workers at the D&S office!!! All the scoring attendants who are our eyes out on the floor. The bowling center personal who put up with us basically taking over their centers :) Everyone sacrificing their weekends from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon for 3 months.nnOne huge thank you to all the family members that don't work the tournament also sacrificing their weekends without their loved ones!!!nnSo with all that being said, there's one more thing, Bonnie, JR and myself are all the same age, hmmm, who's going to retire first!?!? LOL!!!nnLove you all and thank you for reading this!!!nHere'z to anther year!!
