Huge thanks to Bill and Universal Auto! Shortly after bringing my car up to Hamilton for the semester, I had quite a few issues with my tires, brakes and rotors that needed attention. Bill was efficient, communicative and friendly the entire time. He did great work on my car in a very timely manner, in addition to keeping me informed and updated along the way. William is a gentleman and very easy to talk to. I brought my mother's car in for service. The work is done in a timely fashion and his prices are very fair. He is also an excellent lawnmower repairman. I highly recommend this shop and will return in the future. Two thumbs up!
