Apparently the people here do not pay attention or care about corporate announcements and policies. They tried to charge me for a new drink when I brought my cup in from the outside and when I said I brought it in and all of the other stores around the country do not want you to use a new cup. She responded with “well we don’t do that here and you need to make sure you let me know when you walk in then” I just went back to the truck and looked up loves corporate policy on their website and it says that they are asking everyone to use a new cup every time and refill credits will be excepted at every location with a new cup.

I came here at about 4 am on August 20th and this place was NASTY! The diesel lane I ended up pulling into had diesel all over the ground where you have to step, and the card reader/pump itself appeared to also have diesel on it. The trash bins were over flowing with trash all over the ground and isle, and there was no window washing fluid in the buckets. After working the card reader/pump and putting the pumps into the tanks, I discovered the particular pump I was at was out of order but there was no sign or anything baring entry into that lane. If that wasnt bad enough, the icing on the cake was when I was going to climb back up into the cab of the truck to circle the fuel pumps to try another stall, I slipped off the edge of the top step of my truck and nearly busted my face on the metal hand catch on the truck because of the slick oily diesel on my boots from the spilt diesel that I had to step in in order to work the fuel pump. Whomever is managing this store REALLY needs to step up their game. This kind of incompetence and carelessness shouldn't be tolerated and could have and eventually will get someone hurt.

One of the worst loves ever I stopped here for a tire change I checked in at 8 pm so the technician told me to pull up n I waited by the door 2 hours after that he got road side call n he say he well be back by 2 n half hours so I took a nap by the time I woke up the shop was closed n I was inside the shop n I got ditched n I went to ask for night shift manger there’s none idk what else to say or do !!

Don't bother if you want to keep an intact front end on your rig. Tight parking! Don't pull forward into the lot, make sure you back in and angle into an empty spot.
