It was a great experience and would recommend them to other people.
I called to ask about the second part of the loan and I was hung up on which at first I thought could possibly of been an accident bc I couldn’t imagine the lady actually being that rude she sounded to be in her late 20s early 30s but then I never got called back so that explains it all
I've visited Jackson Hewitt for the past 10+ years to file my taxes. The staff is always very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns that may come up. They also accept walk-ins, which is great for those who would rather just stop in when given a chance. I won't go to anyone else!
It says there open on Tuesdays 9-4 but when you call nobody answers. Been waiting on our state taxes for months now, not fair!!! Be professional. Will never go thru them again!!!ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21
