Food is great overall but some things we won't order again due to personal preference. The ud83eudd56 was very well made, crispy crunchy outside and soft inside, it goes great with the escargot. Crab cakes were wonderful but pate is not something we will order again. The pate isn't bad but wasn't something we enjoyed.nnMain dishes were the scallops, which were great but there was one that tasted rancid, and the gnocchi, which was pretty good but a bit too soft. If I were to do it again, I would try the risotto, any of them.
Loved the ambience and the food and I must mention the delicious crusty fresh bread they set on your table with a serrated knife. I had the duck, my husband had the gnocchi both with tasty vegetable medley.. We will be returning for the rack of lamb.
A wonderful restaurant in Windham. I travel internationally for business and love sitting on their porch it reminds me of Europe. The menu changes seasonally and is pure joy. The food is delicious! We always share several appetizers and wine prior to the entrees. The charm and atmosphere are perfect from a date out with your loved one to a group of friends. The food is superb and do not forget desert!
I went this summer and just this past weekend in the winter.. Great food and booze list.. We love the mussels and baquettes. They have nice spread out seating as well. Def one of the best places we have found in the catskills.
Great food and cozy atmosphere. The chef is a French native and really knows what he's doing. I go here for special occasions and always order a fresh, warm baguette for the table. It's lovely to sit on the deck with a view of the town and mountain in the background.
