Good place to work

When I first started here in 2015 I loved this job. But over the years the quality of the workers they choose to hire from the bottom to the top has gone downhill over the 3 years I worked there. Management has hidden agendas and people who have been there for a long time are above reprimand. They play favorites with people getting more time off allowneves than others. People aren’t always held accountable and supervisors are scarce and over worked to the point that they can’t be much help to associates on the floor. Hard working associates are often over worked and under appreciated. They preach teamwork but don’t function as a team. I used to love this place and would love to work here again. I have dreams when I sleep of when I first started there and have seen them drive away many good associates and supervisors. I’ve seen people give and give just to be told they aren’t good enough for bs reasons. If they weed out their problems they can be an amazing and wonderful place to work again. Until then proceed with caution. But the pay is good with amazing benefits.

I was hired here and they think I was a robot. They want you to have a certain amount of scan by the end of your shift everyday. Since I didn't get my scan I got terminated. And I got injured at the job that's why I didn't get enough scans. I was a hard worker and never had any issue with any of the coworkers. I just wish they would of gave me a chance.
