HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, experience. The stylist and manager was in charge of my partial highlight. It came out looking as if I needed a root touch up, immediately. I called and informed them of my complete dissatisfaction. They told me to come back in so they could look at it. The owner was not there when I went back. The stylist who did the hightlight kept telling me this was the way it was supposed to look. I showed her the stripes in my hair. I asked to speak with the owner. They called the owner and she made me send several photos to her before she was to make a decision on whether to fix it or not. After receiving the photos, she told me they would put brown back in my hair. I told her no brown please, just fix the highlights. I did not want more highlights, I needed the ones put in my hair to not look like stripes that needed a root fill. I also requested that the original stylist NOT touch anything to do with my hair.nFast forward to the repair day, the stylist that originally messed up my hair in the first place mixed up the repair color. BROWN! The new stylist was informed to put this color on my hair, no questions asked. I asked what it was going in my hair. She said it would help the mess of the first stylist. I am back to brown color with no highlights, she colored over all of the mistakes, taking out any remnants of any highlight, out $120.00, and have been scammed into thinking the 2nd stylist repaired it.

I have never had a bad experience at Razor. The staff is always friendly and engaging. The prices are reasonable too

I went Saturday morning to have my hair done. It took from 9am-3pm to do my hair. The sweetheart of the girl took her time. Which I'm NOT happy with the outcome but she was sweet so I did not want to make a scene. Plus she is new. My issue is the OUTRAGEOUS PRICING!!! FOR 2 COLORS. 2 BOWLS EACH AND TONER IT COST 220.00!!!! TO LOOK LIKE A SKUNK!!! THE STYLIST DEFINITELY STYLE IT SO YOU DONT KNOW UNTIL YOU GET HOME. THE RESPONSE I GOT WAS ITS BECAUSE OF THE CORONA VIRUS.. SO WE DOUBLE THE PRICE WITHOUT EVEN TELLING THE CUSTOMER. VERY VERY SAD!!!!! I WILL NEVER DARKEN THAT DOOR STEP. I SHOULD HAVE WAITED THE HOUR AND WENT TO FANTASTIC SAMS WHERE THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Brianna C. is my hair stylist and she is absolutely amazing. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. She is a master of her craft and it shows every time I get my hair done I can’t stop looking at it because she does it so perfectly!
