Carlsbad location needs new staff. My husband and I tried to shop there and would have made it well worth their time, but all 3 workers were too busy playing on their phones to even welcome us into the store and when asked for help with something, acted like we were the biggest inconvenience for tearing them off of social media. I absolutely love the Artesia location, but will not be returning to the Carlsbad location until they hire better, friendlier associates. As someone who also works in customer service, I would have gotten fired for treating guests half as badly.

I've bought several firearms here and always found helpful and friendly service. Definitely recommend them for boots and western wear and firearms, or just a good conversation!

Found my husband some good work boots at a decent price, great customer service. Will be going back for their July sale.
