Very slow, only people in line ordered a small meal and still took 5-10 minutes. The guys name tag said Carlos, he was very rude and miserable, simple enough if you don’t like your job don’t work there

Ordered a sizable order from the app and in approximately five minutes they had it out to me without having forgot anything. Great job today!

The slowest service EVER. Not to mention they can’t get a simple order correct. Every time I cone here it’s either I’m waiting fo 20+ minutes for my food or they don’t give me what I ordered. And they really want $15 an hour. Learn to make a simple order first.

The last two time I have gone their I’ve had things missing out of my bag that I paid for. A medium fry and now Mcchicken, also we pay for the extra dipping cups and 90%of the time they’re not in the bag. It’s annoying!! The Staff needs to pay more attention to what they are doing for the amount of money they make to make a burger. This is only day shift btw.

Pre-ordered our food. Sat in parking spot for 13 mins waiting. Finally gets out and it's cold and soggy, not to mention smooshed as if they were aggravated at my cheeseburgers. Place has gone down hill over the years.
