Public Storage

On my way home from work, I stopped by public storage to gather some information for a future rental for my mother's belongings. I walked in and Ashley greeted me and asked how she could help me. I let her know about my situation. She asked me questions to help determine what size I will be needing and what products I will need to protect my mother's furniture. She did not have the size I needed at her location but she provided me with a close facility that had a lower price and came with a promotion. Although my experience with Ashley made me want to rent at her facility she assured me I would be well taken care of at the tonawanda location too. I am very pleased with the customer service I received from her!
