I recently rented a unit on Sheridan Ave in Amherst. I was extremely please the service I received. Fran was so friendly and explained everything to me in detail. What a pleasure to go some place and receive good old fashioned customer that you can't find in this day. On top of that the price was right.
stopped by to drop a couple things off in my unit, karimar was doing a walk around the property and it was very nice of her to say hi and ask how our day was. The property is always clean and the employees are always friendly . Thank you ladies keep up the great customer service !
Fran was an awesome person to work with for renting my storage unit. She was always friendly and answered any questions I had. She recommended a product to help keep moisture out of my unit which was helpful for the warmer weather. My unit was clean and it was nice that the lock was included with my rental fee so I didn’t have to go out and buy a lock.
Space was great for what I needed price was reasonable especially doing this time. Customer service is awesome. I recommend and would definitely use them again. Location was also very convenient for me.
Space was cleaned and ready for use. I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Fran. She was very helpful, professional and courteous.
