I received excellent service and pricing. I rented several units at this facility and would highly recommend Public Storage in Getzville for their storage needs! The staff is friendly and professional. You can’t go wrong!

We had a very smooth move- in day thanks to manager Tim. He was extremely helpful and available to answer questions as this was our first time using a storage unit. The Millersport Highway location was very clean and a cart was located nearby. And, prior to our arrival, the manager had even replaced a mechanism on the door that had given us a problem the day we came to see the unit.nWe had rented two units, but were able to fit everything in one. Again, manager Tim quickly cancelled the second unit and explained the convenience of using the app to more easily get into the facility gate in the future.nI can’t say enough about the ease of this experience. Tim went above and beyond to make our move less stressful. Thank you!

The Mgr. was very helpful and efficient and was able up grade my space at no extra cost even though I was one day into the month. Very helpful and clean heated space snow plowing and easy access times 7 days a week.

Great experience at this storage facility! I had never rented a storage space until now. I think I’m quite fortunate to have selected this location and this company. Tim, sorry I don’t know his last name,the manager explained to me in a very detailed way all of my options and also helped me pick out the size storage that I required. Before Tim had me sign anything, he gave me a tour of the property and specifically the proposed storage space that I would be renting and all of the details of getting in and out of my the property and specifically my unit. Tim took the time to find out what my needs were so he could tailor the storage space selection and location to what best suited me. That, I really appreciated because I didn’t realize how much I didn’t know until Tim Thoroughly explained everything to me. Tim also helped me take advantage of first months rent for a dollar program which was an added surprise. The location on Millersport is well maintained, plenty of lighting and clean. I fully recommend this business for your storage space needs.
