Just about the same quality pizza as Little Caesar's, but Little Caesar's only costs $5.... and I'm not willing to pay even that much! Hardly any sauce, cardboard crust, etc.nI went here because I liked the other Bob & John's in Buffalo, but this place (Amherst) is like a totally different restaurant.

Bob and Johns has been my #1 “pizza” joint for two decades and HAD always been a 5 star review. All of the food is great and in my opinion one of the best chicken finger subs in WNY. Not to saucy, not to dry, just right! BUT over the past 6 months the customer service has been mediocre at best. I have called multiple times, during normal business hours, and the phone just rings til it goes dead. Tonight, Saturday 9-5-2020, I called at 8:40p and was greeted with a very cold almost annoyed voice on the other end they simply stated; “we’re closed” then hung up. If you’re going to close at random hours on a Saturday night It might be bene beneficial to get an answering machine with an out going message. I hope you guys can right the ship bc I’m in the market for a new spot for my, multiple, weekly lunch/dinner orders. May have to sacrifice quality but will at least have consistency. I ordered their Shapghetti. Chicken Parm. I received it without the cheese. I called to inform them that there was no cheese on the spaghetti chicken parmesan. I was informed that I needed to order it. I told the young man there was nothing on line that says to order it with cheese it just says sauce. He said well that's what you have to do and hung up. I called back and asked for a manager to explain the situation. The manager told me that their website is operated by GrubHub which it is not. It is actually operated by slice life. I explained that in the picture on line cheese comes on the chicken parm. He told me if I had called the restaurant I would have been able to get my order correct. I then explained again that the website does not have that option. He told me that they don't control the website and there's alot going on. When I tried to say, I believe the website needs to be corrected and I appreciate him listening to me he hung up. I then called Bob and John's on Hertel. The manager there also hung up on me before I was able to get the owner's name. I will never ever give them my business again.

I used to order a few times a month, but they lost me as a customer. I called to make an order at 8pm and get hung up on. Then when I call back thinking the call was dropped they inform me they are closed in the most condescending way possible. Plenty of other places with better food and more importantly better customer service around here. They won't get another dime from me.

Absolutely horrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone. They dont even inform people on random new closing times when an order is placed. The guys that answers the phone is very rude . Dont ever go here. Its not the worth the disrespect.
