Working with Fred Duncan over the last 5 years has made a huge impact in my life.  Training with Fred prepares me to play the sport of lacrosse at the college level, become stronger and to make healthy lifestyle decisions.  His support empowers me to work hard.  Fred believes in my ability to be successful and achieve my goals. Fred is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all things regarding training, lifting, nutrition, injury, and recovery. This past year I fully tore my ACL and had a partial meniscus tear. Fred helped me rehab to be prepared for surgery. Currently, I am in the process of finishing up my post-surgery rehab and working on my return to play. The rehab before surgery made me stronger and ready for surgery.  His knowledge to get me ready for surgery tremendously impacted my post-surgery progress and has enabled me to be back playing the game of lacrosse. He has given me the confidence that every athlete needs on and off the field. I highly recommend Fred Duncan!

I was referred to Fred after injuring my back and having little success with traditional Physical Therapy. I set up an assessment and was blown away at his attention to detail and knowledge of movement and the human body. Somehow, he was able to help my back AND get me stronger than I was before the injury. Ever since, I've relied on him to write my programming. Can't recommend enough!

I've been training with Fred for about 2 years years now. I needed to prepare for my first college soccer season and I heard about him through a friend. I went from having very little muscle (I could barely balance on one leg) to squatting and lifting more than I ever could. Since starting my training with Fred, I have become a completely different athlete. He knows what he's talking about when it comes to pretty much anything health related (training, lifting, diet, injury, etc.) He creates a personalized training plan for each one of his clients made to suit his/her needs. Definitely worth your time and money, plus the gym is a great environment to train in!

This is training the way you always wished it could be. As an over 40 year old Track and Field athlete, as well as competing in Highland Games, mobility, agility and overall health are key factors in my success. Fred created short term goals and a long term plan for me that let to National Championships, Niagara Athlete of the Year and being ranked in the top 10% of my age group in North America for three years straight.
