Hive Lifespan Center

My wife and I recently visited Hive during a trip to Buffalo. We took Shane’s WOD class and loved it. He is knowledgeable, motivating, amicable, and creates a great program that was super intense but was easily modified for beginners.nnThe staff is friendly, the facilities are clean, and the equipment is plentiful and of very high quality.nnHighly recommended.

Each month more classes are eliminated leaving a very limited selection for members to choose from. Some evenings this month there are only 2 classes offered. For someone who pays for unlimited classes and works full time during the day this is a problem.
