Becker Towing 24hr Towing

My husband was in a accident on March 29th at 3:00 pm & his car was totaled. The Amherst Police called this Towing Service. My Sister & I had to pick my husband up at the accident site so we live in Lockport, NY so my husband needed stuff in his car for work. So we decided to drive to your Towing Service to get his stuff out of his vehicle seeing they said the vehicle was totaled. I called on the way to Becker’s Towing because wasn’t sure where you were located. Whoever answered the phone said they close at 4:00 pm & I preceded to say I was just down the road from your business & it was almost 4:00 pm. We arrived at your Business at 4:02 & the guy that came to the door kept pointing to his watch on his arm so he told my husband he had to come back the next day to get his things out of his car. Besides the gate to where his car was still opened. I was not impressed with that at all. Where is kindness in that after my husband who was just had a accident & totaled his vehicle that wasn’t his fault for getting his belongings & also needed things in his car for work. We had to drive the next day 20 minutes from where we live to come back the next day to get his stuff. I would never use your Towing Service for anything again.

I was so happy to have Becker’s tow my car. They went out of their ways to help me. Definitely recommending their service to my friends, family and anyone who’s looking for a professional and reliable towing service.

Thieves! They towed my care and stole a bunch of stuff that was inside. Super shady and in with the Amhurst police department. Use someone else! Lost 300 bucks worth of stuff they stole out of my car. Do not let them take your car after an accident.

Top notch service and a great crew. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. They have new equipment and are very honest. We send all our friends and family to Becker's, couldn't be more satisfied.

Blew up the mullet machine by sweet home road(I guess I was embracing my patriotic duty a little too much) Tim and Josh were great as was Danny. Took good care of my car and were friendly and personable. Mullet Machine is back on the road! MERICA!
