I purchased a Direct Lift Pro Park 8 just a few days before Christmas. I don't write reviews, but I felt that it was necessary after my experience with the people at Loomis. Jim couldn't have been more helpful during the assembly process. The supplied directions leave a lot to be desired, but Jim made himself available to me via his work phone and cell phone. With his support the assembly went smoothly. Not only was Jim very helpful, but Joe in shipping coordinated the shipment of the lift immediately following their year end inventory. I received it in 1 day. Their knowledge of the product along with their customer service will certainly have me doing business with them again in the future when I decide on some of the accessory items. If you're considering purchasing a lift, you can't go wrong with Loomis.
