I have been to this particular Spot coffee location many times and each time was a pleasant experience. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I ask them several questions about the menu and they are very patient and kind. There is a variety of vegan options that they offer, and the staff has always helped me with that. I love the atmosphere with the cozy fireplace, bookshelf, plants, and art pieces. I spend quite a lot of time here relaxing and drinking a delicious cappuccino with family or friends.
Great salads and wraps. Clean. A little loud. Great place to hangout with friends or do work alone.
Having been to various locations of spot coffee, I can attest that this is the RUDEST coffee shop in the area. I cannot believe how nasty the workers here are. I will never go back to this location again. I have given them a fair shot on various occasions, but this sealed the deal. Would definitely NOT recommend going to this one. I have heard they underpay their workers, but that is no reason to take it out on paying customers! NEVER AGAIN!
So so customer service. Bagel sandwich was good but my blended drink was bland and something was left out. So bland I couldn't even drink it. Normally a delicious mocha drink... Was disgusting today. Beyond disappointed. The staff was literally doing just enough to get by. Won't be going back.
Great coffee specially at the Williamsville location. The Chai latte is to die for!! SOOOO MUCH better than Starbucks!!!!
