Expect this visit to take a while. They had 4-5 frantic employees doing nothing to get food & drinks out. Forgotten orders or none at all. I ordered a plain bagel not toasted with cream cheese. There were 5 other people waiting for food. I was able to drink a medium coffee and only 3 small orders were out. I waited about 20 minutes for bagel before walking out. unorganized.

We were the only car in the drive thru. Our order was taken at the speaker but when we got to the window we were asked to remind the staff of our order. When given the order it was wrong, even after giving it twice and it being a coffee with a syrup pump. We went back in, let the staff kindly know it was not correct and was given a replacement.nnThe replacement was also wrong so we gave up, we won't be back.

I love the new management and staff at the Clarence location. I stopped going to this location in the spring because my drink wasn't made correct and I would wait 40 minutes for my drink. I was in a time crunch the other day and decided to stop and see if they could get my Iced Mocha made correctly... well to my surprise they did! I was also greeted by a very friendly lady named Julia. So friendly and genuinely kind- wanted to make sure that my drink was made correct. It's nice when you're running late to work and someone smiles- makes your day better! Everyone has been so friendly. They want to make sure I'm 110% satisfied with my drink purchase. I can also say that they are very efficient. I'm very happy. I have stopped going to the Spot at Dash's and have returned to this location for all my coffee drinks. Great Job Chris, Julia and staff!!!

Two days in a row I've experienced some of the worst customer service of my life. I believe it's an understaffing issue. Put that together with the NYC prices and my course is clear. All done with this place.
