Made a reservation for 5, three days in advance. Called the next day to switch it to 7. Showed up at 7 and reservation was given away because it was never updated. Manager was very sorry and gave us the next two available.nDuring the 2 games I played, I bought 3 pitchers of beer on 3 separate occasions. On the third pitcher, I asked for the receipt for all 3, and was told I couldn't get the receipt for the first two because I never asked for them and they couldn't be reprinted, which a completely nonsensical and inane reason. Why they couldn't just print up a receipt to confirm I bought 3 pitchers will never make sense to me.
Very nice staff and clean facility. Covid restrictions in place so definitely suggest call ahead reservations to bowl. Weekends are pretty booked up so be sure to pre-plan. Had fun with our son today!

Bowling good. Lanes very oiley. Scoring system sucks. Miss counts pins all the time and causes frustration for all the teams and causes us to take longer times bowling. With all the new renos, you'd think they'd fix this too as it's been a problem for yrs
