Hudson Valley credit union I know you are trying to deal with COVID like the rest of us and keeping everyone safe is most important but your call center is terrible. I was given incorrect information and wasted my time going to bank. Now I have to go back. I think at a time when we can’t have access as easily to our funds you should make attempts to be more personal. One way would be to have calls go directly to your bank so we feel as if we have that personal touch that comes with banking and we can get accurate answers as well. I waited on hold to finally get an appointment and the appointment was a waste of time. Now I have to reschedule but your employee was not able to schedule for me even though I’m sitting right there in front of her and your call center made a mistake.nSo now I have to call and wait on hold again to get an appointment probably with the same person I was just sitting with. Your call center is terrible. Your customer service doesn’t need to be this bad. You could try to add a personal touch and not have extra obstacle that are not necessary.nIf you are trying to keep people safe then you just made it so I have to come to your bank an extra time that wouldn’t have been necessary had you just had a direct phone line to your employees that work directly with our money or if your call center employees had the right information.

Went to get change for my business at the Pleasant Valley branch and was told I need an appointment. Place was empty with 8 employees just talking. I will be closing my business account. Want an excellent local bank with great customer service, go to Ulster Savings...

Absolutely amazing experience!!! I opened a checking account and I did it with Dorina and she was amazing! All the staff their are nice people and I will continue to go to the pleasant valley branch for the years to come!!

Went to withdraw money at the Adams ATM. Nothing came out of the ATM, but the receipt said we took out $500. There is no number on the ATM to call in the event of an emergency now I have to wait 2 1/2 hours till place opens up and take a morning off from work lose a days pay to go to the branch to figure out what happened.

Place sucks
