We were here in April 2020 right when the pandemic was swinging into action. We wanted to get away from people. Although these are walk-in campsites, it is not a difficult walk there’s a big giant bridge that crosses the water and the sites are very private from one another. Gorgeous area.

This is truely a hidden gem. Came across last year as a get away spot during covid and camped out few times last year at this location. Disappeared campsites so have to leave no trace. Campsites are well marked. The hiking trail loop for both mud and trout ponds are beautiful.

Absolutely amazing! Haven't been in a few years and I missed it. Still as beautiful and peaceful as ever! I was so busy enjoying myself I didn't take any photos! Perhaps next year!

This place was even more beautiful than we thought it would be. We did the trout pond trail 4.6 miles. The first third is a slight incline but not steep at all, then things even out as the trail curves towards the large pond, which is a big wonderful surprise after hiking in what feels like a rainforest. We can't wait to come back and explore the waterfalls which are located closer to the parking area. Glad we wore hiking boots - trail was very wet in some places, although it had just rained. Great hike for a dog too!

Trail is okay...some free campsites here if you need a place to stay overnight. Lake was pretty but the waterfall here is definitely the main attraction. Nice for a picnic on a clear afternoon.
