Unlike all pretty gym the Plattsburgh gym is a down-to-earth gritty gym that features kickboxing indoor track basketball Nautilus aerobics and anything you desire for your Fitness need
Great place to jog and play basketball and alot of different games to play on the courts
Wego here mainly when one of the kids friends have a birthday party, from what I hear it's a little pricey and hard to book but the staff are friendly and the kids have a great time playing on bouncy houses and playing basketball during birthday parties
Every time I've been there, I could never find a staff member? Otherwise, nice place for kids to kickback and be active.
