Nice place to relax by the river
Cool place to see! The monument is big! The walk down the grass hill or just enjoying the view of the river makes this a nice place to come for serenity and peace.

One on my go to places for some quick serenity
My favorite view of the McDonogh Monument is actually from a kayak in the middle of the Saranac River
