Our family usually goes out to pizza hut every couple weeks and usually everything is great including our waitress which is usually the same one. This time it was completely different including the waitress. We always order appetizers first then pizza and kids meals after. We had to send one of the kids meals back that came out with our appetizers. And then within 2 minutes of sending it back, it came back out with our pizza and other kids meal. We didn't even have time to eat one of our wings that we had for appetizers. Our table of was crammed full of food all at once which wasn't how we ordered it! The waitress said ,sorry but that's how the cooks are sending the stuff out. We were so upset we asked for to go boxes and just left. Big disappointment! Spent close to $60. on food we couldn't enjoy and ruined our family night out!

Good food, good variety, and usually some good deals online. But we should be able to pick our sauce online in an order instead of paying extra for the one we would like instead of what is in the order initially.

Nothing bad to say ever about the plattsburgh pizza hut. We always enjoy the deals offered, and the food is always prepared correctly and good quality.

Pizza Hut in Plattsburgh is one of the best places I have ever eaten I eat there four days a week and they are so kind so courteous and so attentive to my needs one of the best Pizza Huts in the entire New York state in my opinion

Can't go wrong w a big box made jus right everytime... Half pepperoni w white sauce reg cheese w bbq boneless wings and cheesy bread. Go to every time of course they're other classic toppings and style pizza. ud83eudd19ud83cudffd
