Great for the kids, they get to watch the boats and occasionally the barges coming down stream, very good place to take your family for a walk.
Nice and spacious. Always has shading and the river view is always beautiful!
In a pandemic age it's hard to find a park open for the kids to get the energy out. Riverside park is open and has a nice environment near the river complete with a full boat launch and kayak slip.
I enjoy Riverside Park, its tranquil. I enjoy eating lunch there, summer or winter.
This a good size local park that is situated on the bank of the Hudson River. Playground for children and plenty of seating. A gazebo and a boat launch are also available. People, including myself will park and enjoy the view or sit and read. Wednesday nights during the summer there is a farmers market.
