This was our first time coming here and we will not be back. We ordered two coffees and a cinnamon roll. I had to walk outside to take a work call and my husband sat at the counter waiting for our things. They sat my coffee down and announced it, then sat another coffee on the counter opposite of mine. My husband grabbed mine and then waited. He finally ended up asking if the other coffee on the counter was his (since there are no indications on the coffee as to what it is). The girl tells him “that’s why it’s important to listen” and then says she has no idea what the coffee is. Instead of asking her other coworkers, she ignores him. He finally had to ask again about my cinnamon roll and the coffee which none of them knew about, again, and ended up remaking it. The music was way too loud and no communication between the staff. Could be a decent spot, but the lack of “systems” and communication amongst staff makes it miserable. Other customers were having the same problems and acknowledged the same things.

Best coffee shop ever! Their drinks are so good. I love the coffee! The staff is so nice especially the owner. Their food/bagels are the best. I go there every morning now!

Ladies were very nice and helpful. I got the teddy bear which is white mocha and caramel and it was just right. Not too sweet which i was afraid of. Good quality in coffee.

I went today and got a latte and a bagel with sausage, egg and cheese. I couldn’t decide which one was better! The staff was super friendly and service was fast even though they were really busy. Thank you for making my day! I’ll be back tomorrow!
