Today was the first and last time I will order from this place. I paid for extra sauce and when I received the delivery and did not see any I called them to inquire. They said it was on the pizza. It certainly was not, because the pizza was dry and had very little sauce on it. And I ordered mild wings, what I received was either medium or hot, NOT mild!
We ordered from OIP for the first and last time This past Friday night. My wife ordered a large pepperoni pie for delivery. The person taking our order was rude... told us it would be there in 40 minutes. That’s fine. One our later, we called to ask where our food was. “ it SHOULD be on its way” was the response we got. Again customer service was not nice. 1 hour 15 minutes later we got our pie. No pepperoni and the pizza was like warm at best. To me, customer service is EVERYTHING. We will be continuing our search for Elmira’s best pizza. Pudgier has better pizza than oip. Very disappointed.
Never had an issue - always kind staff that work fast.nService could improve staff is not all customer focused- however I feel like some staff is just young and possibly worked very hard.nWe have never had an issue and we order salads almost weekly.
Great pizza! Great subs! Amazing homemade bread! Can't wait to try the wings!
Ordered medium chicken wing pizza and a order of cauliflower. The cauliflower was soaked in grease and soggy. The pizza... had 8 maybe 10 chunks of what looks like boneless wings thrown on with barely any cheese. 3 inches of barely cooked crust. This was a last resort as Vinny's is closed. Should have known better. The quality here has really gone down.
