THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lady I talked to had the worst attitude. She was snotty, starky, short and just plain RUDE. It wasn’t just a “bad day” I called a few different times and she was always a B.

Easy to do business with. Safe secure place to store your things.

I had been a good customer of theirs for like 2 years, and someone who had been there only a few months accused my unit of having roaches. Not only did they exterminate my unit for free, but they defended me from the accusations.

Even though my family owns this business, I was also a customer here for over a year. I was very happy with the facility, especially the locked gate. I felt that my things were taken care of and the facility was very clean. There are other climate controlled storage options on-site if you have items that would require that. I would recommend this storage facility to others in the Chautauqua area region.
